Danny Noriega, faboosh hipster American Idol (Season 7, I know I haven’t watched that shit since Clay Aiken over shined winner Ruben Studdard back in season umm…) Anyway, Danny dropped a new video to promote his album 24/7 which is supposed to appear on iTunes soonish. Reading D-Listed, that shit is hilarious by the way, I found the vid and the song’s not 1/2 bad. He features Diamonique, whom I really think is his mom, on the track.

I’ll be honest, I’d dance to that in a club, maybe play it on my iPod a few times before I memorized the cheezetastic lyrics and let it lay filed somewhere in my music library.

Looks like Danny found a way to weasel out of the confines of the American Idol contract he probably signed his life away to a few years ago. The internet is a sticky place. Maybe Fox/Simon Cowell didn’t cover YouTube back then.
