Up next is artist, producer and songwriter, Chris Stowe, aka NatStar. This triple threat (sings/raps/produces) talent, is dropping his fusion of Hip Hop, R&B, jazz, soul and gospel on us with his latest LP, Anatymous.
Crisp productions, killer melodies an hooky choruses flow throughout this 13 track album. NatStar for sure puts out a hip hop sound that can be easily digested by the mainstream. Another thing to mention is that his rhymes are on point. Fresh raps with wordsmith expertise mixed with his sing-rap style works perfectly with the artists he features on it.
Some of my favorite tracks on Anatymous were “Roulette”, “Dagga” and “F**k Hollywood”, but any hip hop aficionado will find a track they’re feeling.
