Got some fresh new R&B for your from Tonye. This artist, songwriter, and Creative is taken the African music industry by storm with her sultry vocals and deep lyrics. After coming to the realization that the normal 9-5 thing wont cut it for her, she took a leap of faith and set out to achieve her musical goals. In 2010, she sang an emotional accapella titled “What About Us,” which captured the hearts of many, used for the Nigerian Youth Presidential debate in 2011.
Since then, she has been turning out some awesome music. She sent us over some of her latest singles — “Criminal” and “Ari Belema” –to check out and we liked them.
