Perhaps you’ve always wanted to sing. Or maybe you were just curious. Or maybe you want to nail that song you are going to sing for your own or your friend’s wedding. But you don’t want to pay a gagillion dollars for voice lessons.
If you are in the NYC area, I got you. Starting February, I will be offering voice lessons for absolute beginners. This is a basic, non-intimidating, voice class that’ll teach you about things you never thought about. Umm, I have to STAND properly? Breath control, whaa? Phrasing?! Warm ups – you mean like a few laps around the park??
I will also provide resources for continuing study after your lesson is done. The purpose of this basic class is to give you the tips and technical know-how to make sure you are singing properly and that, in the event you want to study with more advanced voice teachers, you don’t have to worry about mastering the basics and learn repertoire.
