Chill out to this made-for-the-big-screen version of Mogwai‘s How to be a Werewolf, a track off their upcoming album, Hardcore Will Never Die, But You Will. The video is from a short film from Antony Crook, Thirty Century Man, about James Bowthorpe, the “round-the-world champion cyclist who beat the previous record by an epic 20 days”.
After seeing footage from Thirty Century Man, Mogwai reworked the album version of the song to better fit the film.
Mogwai has recently announced a US leg of their upcoming tour so, if you’re nearby, definitely take some drugs and go check them out. As of now, no NYC dates have been announced (booo!).
Hardcore Will Never Die, But You Will is out in February ’11. It will be Mogwai’s seventh album.
