The opening of The Dirty Tees‘ “Where We Are” makes you think you’ll be listening to an alternative track, then it quickly gives way to an excellent electro house beat, then back again. No words to describe how excellent this track is.
Toronto natives, The Dirty Tees – aka Ryan Freeman and Grant Peters – started collaborating in high school. Currently attending the University of Western Ontario, the duo previously released remixes of tracks from the like of La Roux and Yeah Yeah Yeahs and are now forging out to make original house music for the masses. And let’s give a few shout outs to our northern neighbor; a lot of exciting acts are coming out of Canada and The Dirty Tees can be counted among those ranks.
