Finally got a chance to check out Quilty when they played at Bruar Falls last week. Their debut album, Clover/Coriander was a personal favorite of mine, so when I heard that they were playing a one-off show in the burg I had to check them out. And as I thought, I wasn’t disappointed at all. Lead signer, Sarah, plays a mean six string and adds enough grit and grunge to rival and of her male counterparts, and when you add her mysterious haunting voice, you get some great 90’s alt-rock vibes. They trio may be young, but I have a feeling they are gonna do some big things.
