Hailing from Morocco by way of Montreal,Canada Empire Isis’ this song is classified under the “Urban” genre on iTunes (whatever that means) but this song is truly a bunch of genres mixed into one. With dance, pop, hip-hop and reggae sounds and a little bit of 80’s ting, within the first two seconds of the song I felt like I should be watching the flyest dance routine or movin’ myself. Regardless, this song will get you movin’ or boppin’ your head no matter what your personal music faves are. Beats move in sync from choppy and poppy to smooth and flowy with out skipping, well, a beat. The lyrics are pretty cool too.
