It’s Tuesday, so that means new music. This Tuesday we have AIMES, the alter ego of Brooklyn DJ/Producer Aman Ellis dedicated to his more vocal/pop side. Today, he is releasing ”Every Time When I See You,” the lead single off his debut album, Your Floor Is Now a Tree.

With Aimes, Mr Ellis has referenced the sounds of the late 70′s Manhattan disco circuit, while sprinkling it with some UK bassline. The disco guitar samples combined with swirling/syncopated synths and an elastic bassline create a sound made for the dance floor as well as for your headphones.
