David Chaitt, part of SoundCtrl, is doing this really cool music series this summer from his Backyard in Bushwick called the Backyard Brunch Sessions. BBS is a series where he invites musicians to his house in Brooklyn to cook with him, eat with his friends, and perform a few songs unplugged. I got to check out the first one where he featured Brooklyn’s The Press. Good food, good beer and good times were had with the band and his guests. The 1st official one he threw was with Nicole Atkins and The Spinning Leaves which you can peep below.
