Cheerleader are a new an indie/alternative band from Melbourne, Australia. With a strange obsession for owls & technicolor shorts, they are a band of happy idiosyncrasies who make some good indie-pop with a touch of punk.
Hooky riffs are found throughout their music along with catchy guitar melodies, and introspective and thoughtful lyrics that will definitely make you hit repeat. These guys are new on the scene, but I have a good feeling that with a little time and experience they will have something that everyone will want. (just listen to “Hold on Tight” below)
