NYC band, Shayna Zaid & The Catch, blend elements of folk, jazz, indie-pop and just plain awesomeness into their music. They have shared the stage with Norah Jones’ ‘Puss & Boots’, Emily King, the Kin and G-Love to name a few and even were in a nationally aired cotton commercial.

With Violin, mandolins, guitars, and even a concertina in their arsenal, their music is layered and intricate with each instrument delicately balanced with the others. Lead singer, Shayna Zaid, smokey voice is pure sweetness. It can go from an emotional reflective tone to a fun, get you moving sound, all while keeping lyrics that give you a glimpse of what she is feeling.
