Madison is a new a artist hailing from downtown NY via Miami. She is set to released a 4 part pop and are art installment called The Noise Some People Make through her own label, G Records.
With this Series Madison had full control of the music form beginning to end–pop made with no boundaries, no labels, no super star producer–and entirely on Madison’s own terms. Her songs have made it into the hands of some top DJs and has been featured on tv shows such as Ugly Betty, Melrose Place, etc.
She was nice enough to send us over a new track from the first EP, which will be released in January ’11, called “#1.” Immediately you are hit with a post-punk rock track with edgy, I got some attitude vocals, reminds me of Metric
I’ll let you be the judge.
enjoy!
