Now in its second year, the Brooklyn Electronic Music Festival is going down this weekend with a pretty nice lineup of local stars. Tonight you can get a taste of the festivities for free as DJs Flashmen, VDRK, and guests host the BEMF Pre-Party. There are visuals from Shantell Martin and free PBR while it lasts. 21+
