Got some new music to check out from Tennessee based hip-hop artist Walter Lee, a.k.a. Extraordinaire. He is also 1/2 half of the dynamic duo Black Folk, Inc. (the other half being B-Lo Brown),the Southern Hip Hop group that has made some moves in the South. His success with Black Folk Inc took his production career to the next level where he had a chance to work with Lil Wayne. However, tragedy came and this did not come to fruition, but out of this despair came his more conscious/artistic side.

He started his own Hip Hop collective called Circa 94 Beats and built it up to something serious. With all these good vibes coming his way, he had the creative sparks to perform again and began recording tracks day and night for his solo debut, Bread & Butter, releases via Southern Comfort Entertainment.

He sent us over his his latest track titled “Shifting Gear” which also features MCs Lil Boosie and Black Folk Inc. When listening to this record as well as some other by extraordinaire tracks you will notice that he has anything goes approach to his music. It is a raw, unconscious style that takes that approach of – if it sounds good, feels good, It’s music.

Peep the track below and leave your thoughts in the comments.

enjoY!
