Tropic of Pisces is the new project led by Oberhofer guitarist, Mathew Scheiner. Based in Brooklyn, NY, Matt splits his time between touring with Oberhofer and collaborating on various other music projects like Mon Khmer and Superhuman Happiness.
The group is gearing up to release their new EP, Symmetry, which display Scheiner’s flair for composing zesty, sophisticated pop music. With hints of afro-pop, funk, and electro-pop, Tropic of Pisces have crafted a dance floor, blood pumping song. Definitely listing to this if you dig Lemonade, Vampire Weekend or Animal Collective
