Transistor Girl is a Geneva based duo who came together after having the craziest night on a trip to a concert. The duo sent us over their debut EP, Treading on Flames, to check out and I have to say we are digging their vibe.

There is something very intimate about the music Transistor Girl makes. When listening to the EP you will notice stories of love, wounded feelings and scarred futures that float on top edgy guitars and almost breaking vocals.  The other thing we dig about their music is how they incorporate the folk aspect into their sound. Not too much, not too little, but just the right amount. It follows a path which can feel tense, but yet still full of optimism, all highlighted with surreal, intimate melodies.

If you are trying to relax or just have an intimate moment with yourself than Transistor Girl is for you. Check out “Treading on Flames” below and pick up their EP on their BandCamp page.
