NEW MUSIC ALERT! You guys must check out UK band, Ed Zealous. They create their own vision of indie infused electro whose signature sound is a high-octane mash-up of Casios, heavy kick drums and sizzling synths.
Taking influence from the likes of seminal legends David Bowie, Talking Heads and Pulp alongside contemporaries such as A-Trak, Boys Noize and TV On The Radio, the band kicked off 2013 by supporting Two Door Cinema Club, sharing the stage with Wonder Villains, taking part in Glasgowbury followed by the successful release of their debut single Medicines on the Fierce Panda/ Fandango label.
The band sent us over their upcoming new single, “Diamonds For Eyes,” which is filled with raw attitude and infectious energy. One cool thing about this band is that they set aside the predictability of the electro indie sound, and endure a mix of vigorous electronics and hooky vocal lines to their fullest.
