I guess Awesome New Republic was too long for a band name, so the Miami duo changed it to ANR. With a new moniker, the boys are gearing up to release a deluxe edition of their latest album, Stay Kids, on September 13th via 10k Islands.
ANR shot us over the video to the title track from the album and its pretty darn good.There are thick, layered melodies, swirling synths and a catchy hook sure to suit any indie-pop head out. From this tune it seems that the band is taking their sound in a new, more mature direction– good stuff indeed.
