Happy Monday! Or not. I know its early, so that is why we are opening up the week with this chilled out nu-disco track called “A Thousand Years” from Cali duo, Weatherhouse. We had first heard about Weatherhouse back in December when they hit us with news of their upcoming album, E Pluribus Cal Disco, and the stellar track “Diamonds.”
The track has that “Forever Young” vibe, but yet keeps its own distinct flavor, right in indie land. Not too fast not too slow, just the right amount for a Monday. Make sure to pick up the rest of the album from their Bandcamp page.
