Proximal Records is a newly minted Los Angeles based independent record label that was started by L.A. natives Carl Madison Burgin (Sahy Uhns) and composer/producer Jeff Elmassian with a mission of supporting and promoting new voices in the local electronic music community.
Their debut release, Proximity One: Narrative of a City, hand picks artists who are making strides in LA’s underground electronic music scene including DaM-FunK and Daedelus, beat-makers lile Teebs and TOKiMonsta, and Proximal’s very own Sahy Uhns, Benedek, Lawrence Grey, Wake and BearClaw.
The release will debut 8/10 but in the meantime check you the disco/r&b jam, by Dam-Funk called “A Day At the Carnival”
