The time has come to vote for America’s Best DJ. Beginning last weekend, this three-month-long competition run by DJ Times magazine, asks the pivotal question: “Who’s America’s Best DJ?” (DJ Z-Trip was the winner last year and he deserves it, that guy has skillz)
You can vote online @ americasbestdj.net until Labor Day with the America’s Best DJ award show/closing party taking place on October 2 at The Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas. Voting fans will earn the opportunity to win gear from Pioneer DJ and Novation, plus free music downloads from Beatport. One lucky voter plus a guest will win a grand prize trip for two to Las Vegas that includes roundtrip airfare, accommodations at The Palms, and VIP treatment at the America’s Best DJ closing party in Rain Nightclub.
Also running concurrently with this competition is a 20-event America’s Best DJ Summer Tour that started Memorial Day Weekend at Movement: Detroit’s Electronic Music Festival and includes stops at Baltimore’s Starscape festival on June 5th amongst others. (see dates below)
