Looking for the next thing, then look no further then NYC born and bred, Samuel. This guys has massive potential with his pop tracks. Samuel is fresh off releasing his debut EP, I Heart NY, through Startime/Columbia Records.
From the very xylophone hit of “I Heart NY” you know you have a hit, then when the bass heavy hip hop drum beat drops in, you can’t help but be wowed. The track has some swagger, not to mention Samuel’s voice is pretty smooth as he talks about the greatest city in the world– Move over Jay-Z.
Bottom line is that I’m really digging the track and you should too. Make sure to check out the rest of the EP which also includes the disco track “Champagne Kisses” which is co-produced by The Knocks & Jesse Rogg, and “Still Here.”
