UK producer, Freeland (Adam Freeland), released his debut album, Cope, this past summer. With that album came a whole new direction for the Grammy nominated DJ/Producer. He wanted to create songs that he could spin as well as play live. To accomplish that, he took his electro/breaks sound and combined it with the musical talents of everyone from the Pixies’ Joey Santiago and Spinnerette’s Brody Dalle to Jerry Casale of DEVO and Tommy Lee.
With an album that is truly rooted in electronic sound, it was no surprise that there would be a few remixes. There were so many remixes that they he decided to release a 2 disc remix album which includes some stellar works from the likes of AC Slater, Grum and Alex Metric to name a few. With 2 discs worth of a remixes, there is definitely something for everyone on it. Check it Out
