When you get an email that contains a remix of “Cold as Ice” by Foreigner, you cant help but check it out and listen– and I’m glad I did.
The remix comes courtesy of Bastille. They are an electro house DJ/production duo from Los Angeles consisting of members Julien Benichou and Michael Ullman, both only 19. They totally reworked this classic 80’s track into a electro banger that is as catchy as the original (hello piano stabs), but have made it possible for a new generation of kids to boogey down on the dancefloor.
