JADE – It’s My Heart, Cookie

Brooklyn native JADE has been all over the New York music scene as of late. Her new EP, “It’s my heart, cookie”, is available for free here. With tracks like “Up & Out” and “Take the Hit”, JADE unapologetically diverges from the expectations people may have on new female artists out there. Her music flows through time and space; one moment you are pretty sure you heard something similar in the 90s, in the 60s, yet it is so fresh that none of it sounds dated. Keep your eyes and ears peeled – there’s certain to be more to come from JADE in the future.
