Resuce Cat, a producer from the UK, has sent us the video to his new single £10 Bag.
His sound is pretty rad, he has good mix of acoustical and electronic instruments which is always a good thing, and his emo/pop voice sits nicely over this sound. The track has this little high pitched plucked synth in it that reminds me of Dre, and the drums are simple, but works perfectly in the mix.
The video is pretty freaky. With people walking around in animal face costumes, trying to score some drugs, you can tell that whoever thought of this concept is very creative/talented.
Apparently there are 2 versions of this song, the original, and one that features grime star Wretch 32. They should be hitting itunes in the near future.
