So just got this track in my inbox from True Pseudo, a trio from Orange County, CA
So the story goes that two D&B producers met up with one electro lover and found out they’re all rock fans. Thus, they have melded backgrounds and tastes that are influenced from French house to dance punk distortion to create True Pseudo.
I dont’ really know how to describe them except as a smorgasbord of sounds that actually fit together quite well. I feel like if Justice woke up one day and said hey lets make an electro-rock album, this is what it would sound like.
Dirty, distorted, guitars are abound with a simple 4 to the floor beat. And with a few synth hooks throughout, they actually have something that you can dance to.
