So,i woke up this morning to my roommate watching music videos — but what took me by surprises was the fact that it was on MTV — Apparently MTV has a station called MTV Hits which just plays music videos and nothing else (channel 188 if you have Cablevision/IO)– now only if they could make music videos that were as good as the ones made in the 80’s and 90’s — Keep your fingers crosses
Next thing i did was put my ipod on and the first song that came on shuffle was The Bird and the Bee – Love Letter to Japan — The song comes from their latest album Ray Gun Are Not Just the Future. With an intro that sounds very Dr. Dreish, i was hooked. The chorus is very catchy and the instruments compliment the vocals very well.
