The Soundmen (the production duo of Justin Jamison and Scott Durday) are back at it again turning out a laidback, end-of-summer remix to the Drums’ “Down by the Water.” We had talked about the track a few weeks ago and it was nice to hear someone make it a little more happy then the original. Soundmen pulled it off very well.
Check out the remix below as well as a video to the remix which apparently is part of The Soundmen’s The Summer Scare Series, a group of mashed up classic horror movies all set to the usually light and high energy sounds of The Soundmen.
