City and Colour – As Much As I Ever Could

City and Colour doesn’t qualify as a “new” artist, but he’s certainly a new find to my ears. City and Colour is the solo project of Alexisonfire‘s Dallas Green, titled as such because his first name is the name of a city and his last name, a color. City and Colour’s acoustic folk is a HUGE departure from Alexisonfire’s hardcore rock sound and it truly allows Green to explore his artistry quite well. Having released two albums – 2005′s Sometimes and 2008′s Bring Me Your Love – Green embarked on a tour in support of Bring Me Your Love and also toured with fellow Canadians Tegan and Sara.

Here’s an acoustic version of “As Much as I Ever Could” from Bring Me Your Love. You can purchase the album on iTunes HERE.

Peace,

Radio Morillo
