After amazing us with their electornic prowess on Noise Wont Stop, NYC duo Shy Child are set to release their new LP Liquid Love in march of 2010 on the Wall of Sound Imprint.
The first single from the album, “Criss Cross” brings us back to the sound Pete Cafarella (vocals and keytar) and Nate Smith (drums) have crafted so well over the years. Groovin’ downtempo beats with plenty of handclaps and arppegiated synths, create a driving track that takes indie electro in a new direction. And with the mezmorizing vocals of Mr. Cafarella we can’t help but get lost in his trance, all 7 minutes of it.
