So yesterday we received a song submission from an A&R intern at Atlantic Records and then I realized, I didn’t know what A&R stood for so, I Googled it and came across a set of videos by Thomas Byrd (Aka R.O.C). R.O.C is a christian rapper with more than 10 years of writing, producing and working in the music industry. He’s filmed a set of very informative videos on other topics such as Music Label Looking for Producers, What is in a Record Contract, and What is Pre-production for a Music Video.
