I’m pretty sure that Boston Dance Rock band Bodega Girls sit behind their desk and think for a long time about how to make people so bloodthirsty and sex starved as they could take pleasure in the world of bra-busting, pants-dropping debauchery they have to offer every time they hit the stage –A band of tricksters, hedonists and good-for-nothings, their morals defy even the most perverted of human beings… and I love it.

When I first listened to their track, “She’s Into Black Guys,” which was also featured on the season premier of Entourage, I noticed the bass and how the style straight up reminded me of Rick James, then the beat drops and we have some disco, pop, and soul grooves that permeate your skin, the next thing you know, your feet are moving and hips shaking. Straight up party music.
