So apparently, this is an oldie (3 years) but goodie. Felix da Housecat who hails from Chicago, dropped his album Virgo Blaktro And The Movie Disco back in ‘07 but his smooth grooves, then referred to as house, are a perfect defined example of Nu Disco music. On this sunny July day, his song “It’s Your Move” gets me moving and excited to leave early from the confines of my “fishbowl” cube and enjoy the summer sun. As of now, Felix da Housecat is making his rounds globally DJing around the U.K., Spain and will be making his way back to the states and Brooklyn, NY in September.
