Ahh… remember that Paula Abdul jam, Straight Up, that was all over the radio in the day? That song stuck in my head for a while, and I totally forgot about it until I got an email about a cover version done by NYC native Charlie Ward. He took Paula’s R&B flavor and totally warped it into a catchy rock song.
