Check out his album "Trouser Jazz" http://www.discogs.com/Mr-Scruff-Trouser-Jazz/release/53499 It really got me into jazz electro, he makes such brilliant use of samples and manages to keep a coherent and positive sound. He's also been featured on some of the Verve Remixed albums. Mr Scruff has been around for a while.
